Acceptance

By accessing or using F.I.F.T.H. Report, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

F.I.F.T.H. Report may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, subscribe, comment, or use any paid feature of F.I.F.T.H. Report.

By creating an account or subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

F.I.F.T.H. Report may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account. Account sharing is not permitted.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the activity results from a security failure caused by F.I.F.T.H. Report.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact F.I.F.T.H. Report promptly.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the interval selected at signup.

By subscribing, you authorize F.I.F.T.H. Report and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any other charges disclosed at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or any other cancellation method made available by F.I.F.T.H. Report.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access to paid content continues through the end of that period unless the account is terminated for violation of these terms.

F.I.F.T.H. Report may change subscription pricing for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any pricing change that affects their subscription.

Founding rate subscribers keep their founding rate as long as the subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. If a founding rate subscription is cancelled, expires, fails payment, or is otherwise discontinued, the founding rate may no longer be available.

Free Accounts and Unlocks

F.I.F.T.H. Report may offer free accounts, free article unlocks, free previews, or free article categories.

Free unlocks, previews, and access rules may change over time. Unless otherwise stated, free unlocks have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not roll over after expiration.

F.I.F.T.H. Report may modify, pause, or discontinue free access features at any time.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. F.I.F.T.H. Report does not store full credit card numbers.

By subscribing or making a payment, you may also be subject to the payment processor's terms, privacy policy, and payment rules.

F.I.F.T.H. Report is not responsible for errors, outages, delays, declined payments, or other issues caused by third-party payment processors, banks, card networks, or payment providers.

Refund Policy

Subscription payments are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact F.I.F.T.H. Report within 14 days of the charge.

F.I.F.T.H. Report may issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion. Issuing a refund in one case does not require F.I.F.T.H. Report to issue refunds in other cases.

Content Ownership

All articles, research, analysis, commentary, designs, graphics, layouts, trademarks, logos, software, and other content published by F.I.F.T.H. Report are owned by F.I.F.T.H. Report or its licensors.

You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the content for personal, noncommercial research and reading purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, republish, upload, post, transmit, scrape, train models on, summarize for commercial redistribution, or otherwise exploit F.I.F.T.H. Report content without prior written permission.

Personal note-taking for your own research is permitted.

User Content and Comments

If comments, replies, messages, correction submissions, contact forms, or other user-submitted features are available, you are responsible for anything you submit.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, misleading, spam, promotional, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

By submitting content to F.I.F.T.H. Report, you grant F.I.F.T.H. Report a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, reproduce, modify, and moderate that content in connection with operating the site.

F.I.F.T.H. Report may remove, edit, restrict, or refuse user-submitted content at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Third-Party Links and Services

F.I.F.T.H. Report may link to third-party websites, services, payment processors, data providers, or other resources.

Third-party services are not controlled by F.I.F.T.H. Report. F.I.F.T.H. Report is not responsible for third-party content, policies, errors, availability, security, or practices.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Privacy

Use of F.I.F.T.H. Report is subject to the Privacy Policy.

By using the site, creating an account, subscribing, or submitting information, you acknowledge that F.I.F.T.H. Report may collect, use, store, and process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

F.I.F.T.H. Report may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the site or any account if a user violates these terms, misuses the platform, shares paid content, abuses other users, interferes with the site, or creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Refunds are not issued upon termination for violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of F.I.F.T.H. Report for any claim arising out of or related to the site or these terms will not exceed the amount paid by the user to F.I.F.T.H. Report in the three months before the claim arose.

No Waiver

Failure by F.I.F.T.H. Report to enforce any provision of these terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Investment Disclaimer, Disclosures, and any subscription terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and F.I.F.T.H. Report regarding use of the site.
